Maryland: Talbot County Sheriff Dallas Pope reports on DUI arrest of driver on drugs and alcohol with dangerous slash

Lattea was ordered to stop and became confrontational with Deputies. The Deputies observed Lattea had a self inflicted wound to his wrist and again ordered him out of the vehicle. Lattea accelerated and attempted to drive away; however Emergency vehicles blocked his path. Lattea was apprehended and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, and was released to Easton Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
