Oregon: Police say that when Mario Morquecho gets out of the hospital he will go into slammer on DUI charges after deep dive into ravine

Early on the morning Oct. 12, 2014, Washington County Oregon deputies responded to a roll-over crash on Highway 26 where at least one person was ejected and two others fled the scene. They were eventually found and the driver is facing charges.

The DUII related crash occurred on May 25, 2014, when Moniesha Pacheco-Zaragosa, 20, from Salem drove into the ditch on SW Bald Peak Road and rolled over her 2004 Toyota Solara. She was not injured but her 20 year-old male passenger suffered an arm injury and was transported to the hospital. There were three other occupants that fled on foot when the deputy arrived at the crash. Ms. Pacheco-Zaragosa’s case is pending further investigation and toxicology results.
