Washington State Patrol reports DUI Driver Joseph Spinks whacked motorcycle from behind, seriously injures Thomas D. Snyder
The trooper reports that Spinks drove his car across lane two and three and struck the back of a 2003 Harley Davidson operated by Thomas D. Snyder, 54, of Camano Island which came to rest in lane two of the highway.
