South Carolina: Zachary Swiger charged with felony DUI in death of Cody Sanders
James Cody Sanders, 18, of Alcolu was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck, according to Deputy Coroner Bucky Mock. Sanders was a passenger in Swiger’s 2003 Toyota Echo, which left the right side of the road, overcorrected, went to the left side, struck an embankment and then overturned after going to the right side again
