A second arrest has been made following an April car accident that killed 15-year old Brandon Melton.
49-year old Jean Lenz of Knoxville was recently arrested on a charge of unlawful delivery of alcohol to a minor.
According to a state police press release, Lenz is accused of providing alcohol to people involved in the April 22 fatal accident.
19-year old Jose Beltran of Gilson was driving with three passengers when his car struck a utility pole and rolled several times.
