A Kingsport man is charged after attempting to drag race an unmarked police car.
The Johnson City Police Department arrested 44 year old Gaylor R. Milhorn of Kingsport of Saturday.  He is charged with DUI Second Offense, Reckless Drivign, and Felony Reckless Endangerment.
