Investigators say a driver has been charged in an alcohol-related wreck in Florence, Texas, that claimed the lives of two soldiers stationed at Fort Hood, including one from Naperville.
The Department of Public Safety says Spc. Keandre Mosha Hall, 24, of Naperville, died Feb. 15 at St. David Hospital in Round Rock, Texas, from injuries suffered in the crash. Another passenger, Spc. Joshua Winn of Shreveport, La., was dead at the scene…..MORE
