Prosecutors in the Nicole Baukus trial rolled out the heavy artillery Wednesday as the nine-women, three-man jury heard from experts in DNA testing, toxicology and crash site investigation.
The state continued to present its case against the 24-year-old Spring resident who faces two counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault for allegedly driving her Ford F150 pickup truck north on southbound I-45, resulting in a collision that killed two and injured another after she allegedly consumed 21 drinks at a South County bar.
