Intoxicated manslaughter charges have been filed against a 20 year old Magnolia driver who crashed his pickup, killing two people.
DPS Troopers say on October 26th, Brian Goetz was driving at more than twice the legal blood alcohol content limit and at high speed when he lost control of his truck, flipping the vehicle.
Three people were ejected, and two passengers died.
DPS officers say the accident happened around 10:30pm on October 26, on Nichols Sawmill Road in front of the Country Woods Subdivision.
First responders from the Magnolia Fire Department arrived at the scene within four minutes to find three victims, but later found a fourth almost twelve feet into the woods.
Troopers say clothing from one of the victims was found almost twelve feet off of the ground in nearby trees.
