An accused murderer will spend time in alcohol rehab instead of jail while awaiting trial.
If she completes the rehabilitation program, she will be released pending trial.
Judge Jim Bob Darnell sentenced Carol Nussbaum to probation for a misdemeanor driving while intoxicated charge so she could meet the terms of her murder bail set by Judge Brad Underwood.
Nussbaum, 60, was charged with homicide in the death of Paul Allen Brown.
