WAXAHACHIE – A Waxahachie police officer, killed in a car crash, marks the second law enforcement death this week blamed on drunk driving.
Police say, 44-year-old Josh Williams, was responding to a report of a disturbance at a local fast food restaurant.
DPS troopers say, Williams was turning left crossing into a driveway, when a suburban headed in the opposite direction, with its headlights off, struck him.
