This morning I found out that I lost my brother. He was killed in a car accident last night around 11 pm. He was hit by a DUI driver. As the holidays are coming to an end please DO NOT drink and drive. No one should have to feel the way I or my family is feeling for stupid decisions people make to get behind the wheel. Ryan Muhlestein your last post meant a lot, I’m gonna miss you so much. Rest easy buddy. Gone but never forgotten. Carlos Fregoso, I hope we can grow and come closer together from this tragic moment.

Ryan and Carlos were in a serious car crash they were hit by a DUI driver, Ryan was killed and Carlos was critically injured and is now trying to recover without his best friend. We don’t want money to be an added stress so if you feel so inclined it would be appreciated. Please keep Carlos and the Muhlestein’s in your prayers. It will be a long road. Thank you!

FROM FOX 13
TAYLORSVILLE, Utah – One person is dead in a possible DUI crash on Monday night Dec. 30, 2019.

At about 11 p.m. on Monday police say Andrea Miller was heading west on 4700 S when she t-boned a car traveling south on 2700 W.

UPD Detective Ken Hansen says the collision was significant. The southbound car was pushed 150 to 200 feet as a result of the impact.

Two men were in the car traveling south.

The two men were passing through the intersection on a green light.

One man is dead. One man is in critical condition.

The deceased man has been identified as Ryan Muhlestein, 25.

The police detective says crashes like this have more injuries due to the small size of the cars involved.

According to witnesses, Miller said, “I need to leave,” and, “I can’t do this.”

Miller traveled across a parking lot before she was stopped, Hansen says.

She admitted she had a gun.  A semi-automatic pistol was removed from her pocket.

A policeman detected alcohol on Miller’s breath. MORE
