Utah: DUI driver slammed into car stopped at red light, killed man, fled, hopped fence, hid in window well; now charged with murder

SALT LAKE CITY — A Salt Lake City man has been charged with automobile homicide for a May 22 crash in which he was allegedly driving 75 mph under the influence when he rear-ended another vehicle that was stopped at a red light.
Jonathan Bowers, the driver of the stopped vehicle, was taken to a hospital and later died from the injuries sustained in the collision at the intersection of 6200 South and Bangerter Highway in Taylorsville. ….MORE
