Hilary Davis DUI arrest Vermont State Police 120415

12/08/2015 — Vermont State Police report that they arrested Hilary Davis, 32, of Lebanon, NH on December 5, 2015 for DUI#3.  The arrest stems from the investigation by Trooper Joseph Pregent into a motor vehicle crash in which Davis was the operator.

The crash occurred on Interstate 91 north on November 15, 2015, in the Town of Hartland.

The results of Davis’s blood sample indicated that her blood alcohol concentration was .210% on the night of the crash.

Davis was released on Court ordered conditions and will appear in Windsor County Superior Court on December 15, 2015, at 8:00 AM.
