SPOTSYLVANIA — A former Spotsylvania County prosecutor was convicted in Spotsylvania County General District Court on Friday for driving while intoxicated, seven months after crashing a Porsche Cayenne into another vehicle, causing a three-vehicle wreck on Salem Church Road in December.
Former Richmond Judge Thomas O. Jones, who retired from the 13th District in 2009, was brought in as a special judge to preside over this case. Jones ordered the defendant, Amy Marie Harper, now 39, to pay a $250 fine, $206 in court costs, spend 30 days in jail and suspended her driver’s license for
