James City County Police are on the lookout for 37-year-old Gary Jerome Turner, a Hampton man who was indicted on May 9 in connection to an August 2011 car crash in James City County that resulted in the death of 14-year-old Brashawnta Brooks.
Turner is charged with seven counts of maiming while driving while intoxicated, two counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of child neglect, one count of driving while intoxicated and one count of having improper brakes,   ….MORE
