HANOVER, VA (WTVR)-—It was a shocking and emotional day in Hanover Circuit Court this morning.
30-year-old, Feliciano Aguas-Suarez was supposed to go on trial next week for driving drunk and crashing into 23-year old Casey Bohr’s SUV, which killed Bohr instantly. However, Aguas-Suarez shocked both the judge and Bohr’s parents by pleading guilty to all the charges against him.
The illegal immigrant is charged with involuntary manslaughter and assault while driving under the influence. Prosecutors presented a summary of all the evidence against Aguas-Suarez following his guilty plea.
They say in November of 2010, Aguas-Suarez entered oncoming traffic along Route 54 and crashed into Bohr’s vehicle. A witness says Bohr was ejected out of the vehicle and tossed in the air. ….MORE
