MARIO A. SANCHEZ BATRES, 27, of Sterling, Va., was arrested on Jan. 31, 2020 at 2:21 am Magnolia Rd. / W. Church Rd. Sterling, Va., for DWI. Driving While Intoxicated: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Mario A. Sanchez Batres, 27, of Sterling was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and was being held at the Loudoun County Jail.

GREGORY N. HENRY, 47, Potomac Falls, Va., was arrested on Jan. 30, 2020 at 11:12 am at. Potomac View Rd. / Langley Dr. Sterling, Va., for DWI. Driving While Intoxicated: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Gregory N Henry, 47, of Potomac Falls was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (2nd offense) and Refusal to Provide a Breath Test (2nd offense) and was being held at the Loudoun County Jail.

PARKER RYAN DOUGLAS, 18, of Ashburn, Va., was arrested on Jan. 30, 2020 at 7:25 am at 44000 Block Riverside Pkwy. Leesburg, Va., for DWI. Driving While Intoxicated: Deputies responded for a single-vehicle crash in a parking lot. The driver was found to be under the influence of narcotics. Narcotics and a concealed firearm were located in the vehicle. Parker Ryan Douglas, 18, of Ashburn, was charged Loudoun Sheriff Deputy S. B. Staley with DWI-1ST Offense Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon and was later released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a Personal Recognizance Bond. Douglas will be back in court on March 18, 2020.  Douglas might get a multi-violation discount from his attorney, Thomas Soldan, who represents him for a reckless driving and speeding charge he picked up on Loudoun County on Oct. 30, 2019 as he begins his career as a traffic defendant and alleged DUI drug miscreant.

WILLIAM PATRICK MEEHAN, 39, of Temecula, California, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2020 at 2:02 am at the 25100 Block Riding Center Blvd. Chantilly for DWI-1st Offense Driving While Intoxicated: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. William Patrick Meehan, 39, of California was charged by Loudoun Sheriff Deputy A. S. Eisenhart with Driving While Intoxicated and was being held at the Loudoun County Jail. A court date is set for March 26, 2020.

MARIA DE LA PAZ CRADDUCK, 51, of Reston, Va., was arrested on Jan. 27, 2020 at 2:13 am at Community Plaza. / Route 7 Sterling, Va., for Driving While Intoxicated: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Maria L. Cradduck, 51, of Reston was charged by Loudoun Deputy Sheriff N. Potter with DWI-1ST OFFENSE Driving While Intoxicated and was being held at the Loudoun County Jail. Trial is set for March 19, 2020.

GREGORY ALAN FROHN, 45, of Sterling, Va., was arrested on Jan. 26, 2020 at 11:07 am at Algonkian Pkwy. / Redbark Pl. Sterling, Va., by Loudoun Sheriff Deputy S. Mieszala for Driving While Intoxicated: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Gregory A. Frohn, 45, of Sterling was charged with DWI-1ST Offense Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Provide a Breath Test and possession of drugs, and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a Personal Recognizance Bond. Frohn will be explaining to a District Court Judge what in the world he was doing on April Fool’s Day – an appropriate day to defend against DWI charges. LUIS ORTA MARQUEZ, 37, of Herndon, Va., was arrested on Jan. 25, 2020 at 11:09 pm in the 300 Block Glenn Dr. Sterling, Va., for Driving While Intoxicated: A Loudoun Sheriff deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Luis Orta Marquez, 27, of Herndon was charged by Loudoun Deputy Sheriff PT Pham DWI-1st offense with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving Without a License and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a Personal Recognizance Bond.

ASHANTI QUENAE SANTIAGO, on Jan. 26, 2020 at 1:32 am, was arrested by Loudoun County Sheriff Deputy at a service station located in the 44600 Block Wellfleet Dr. Ashburn for Driving While Intoxicated: Police say that Deputies were dispatched for a suspicious person who had parked crooked at the gas pumps of a gas station. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Ashanti Q. Santiago, 46, of Leesburg was charged by Loudoun Deputy B. Washburn with DWI-1st, Driving While Intoxicated, and driving while revoked, and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a Personal Recognizance Bond. Trial date for the charges has been set for March 10, 2020.

AMY LYNN HOLDEN, 34, (DOB 02/03/1985) of 4010 Tranquility Court, Monrovia, Maryland was arrested on Jan. 26, 2020, at 2:15 am at E. Maple Ave. / E. Polar Rd., Sterling, Va., for Driving While Intoxicated: Loudoun Sheriff Deputy N. Potter conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Amy L. Holden, 34, of Maryland, was charged with first-offense DWI, Driving While Intoxicated and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a Personal Recognizance Bond.  Holden has a court date in Loudoun District Court on March 19, 2020.

KEVIN PATRICK SHANNON, 55, of Chantilly, Va., and also of Brunswick, Maryland was arrested on Jan. 23, 2020, at 11:24 am in the 42200 Block Providence Ridge Dr., Chantilly, Va., with DWI-1ST offense Driving While Intoxicated: Deputies responded for a single-vehicle crash. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Kevin Patrick Shannon, 55, of Maryland was charged by Loudoun Sheriff Deputy A. S. Eisenhart with Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Provide a Breath Test and is being held at the Loudoun County Jail. While this is the first DWI arrest in Virginia for Shannon – it’s not his first rodeo.  Kevin Patrick Shannon, (DOB 04/11/1964) of 1281 Drydock Road in Brunswick, Md., was arrested on Aug. 19, 2008 for DWI by Frederick County Sheriff Deputy K. Olander. In a plea deal in Frederick County District Court with the Frederick County States Attorney on Dec. 15, 2016, Shannon pleaded guilty. THE DEAL: a verdict of Probation Before Judgement with sixty days in jail – all of which was suspended and a fine of $507.50 with $200 of the fine suspended.  What did Shannon learn from his first DWI arrest? To refuse the breath test, not to call an Uber.

STACY MARIE DUNNIGAN was arrested on January 22, 2020 at 10:55 am on Cascades Pkwy. / W. Church Rd. Sterling, Va., for DWI-1st Offense, Driving While Intoxicated: Deputies responded for a two-vehicle crash. One of the drivers was found to be under the influence of narcotics. Narcotics were located in the vehicle. Stacy M. Dunnigan, 49, of Sterling was charged by Loudoun County Sheriff Deputy T. Wilson with Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of a Controlled Substance and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a Personal Recognizance Bond.

ANTHONY LAMBURN was arrested on Jan. 21, 2020 at 6:17 pm at Algonkian Pkwy. / Whitewater Dr. Great Falls, Va., for Driving While Intoxicated/Assault on Law Enforcement: Deputies responded for a two-vehicle crash where one of the drivers had fled the scene. Police say that the responding deputies located the vehicle and observed it strike a second car. A traffic stop was conducted, and the driver was found to be under the influence of narcotics. Narcotics were located in the vehicle. The driver was arrested and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he assaulted a deputy. Anthony W. Lamburn, 47, of Alum Bank, Pennsylvania was charged with Hit and Run, Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Felony Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer. Lamburn is being held at the Loudoun County Jail on no bond.

Wild ride on public park destroying football fields sent Michael W. Paschall to the slammer

STERLING, VA. – Alcohol is nobody’s friend and it sure wasn’t a pal to this alleged dirtbag who got a snoot full of booze and allegedly tore up a public park. Loudoun County Sheriff Deputies responded for reports of a vehicle driving on the football fields of Claude Moore Park on Jan. 26, 2020 at 2:57 pm. Deputies located the vehicle as it was pulling into a driveway.

The driver fled into the residence when he observed the deputies. The deputies attempted to have the male exit the residence. The male made six phone calls to 911 advising that his house was being broken into.

Police say that the male later exited his residence in the 1000 block of Margate Court in Sterling, Va., and attempted to re-enter his vehicle but was taken into custody. The male was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Michael W. Paschall, 42, of Sterling was charged with Public Intoxication, hindering a Deputy Sheriff, two counts of Destruction of Property, two counts of Reckless Driving, and six counts of Falsely Summons or Give False Reports to Law-Enforcement Officials. Paschall is being held at the Loudoun County Jail on a $4,000 Bond.

GAIL STEPHANIE STAFFIERI was arrested on Jan. 20, 2020 at 9:30 am at Route 7 /Augusta Dr. Sterling Driving While Intoxicated: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of narcotics. Gail Stephanie Staffieri, 62, of Herndon, Va., was charged by Loudoun County Sheriff Deputy M. Salvas with Driving While Intoxicated and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a Personal Recognizance Bond. A trial date is set for March 4, 2020.

ZOILA NOEMI FIGUEROA was arrested on Jan. 19, 2020 at 2:25 am at Old Ox Rd. / Route 28 Sterling Driving While Intoxicated: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Zoila NOEMI Figueroa, 56, of Anaheim, California was charged Loudoun Sheriff Deputy M. Sarrichio with Driving While Intoxicated and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a Personal Recognizance Bond.

JESSICA MARIE PICONE was arrested on Jan. 18, 2020 at 12:44 am at Route 7 / Belmont Ridge Rd. Leesburg, Va., for Driving While Intoxicated: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.  Jessica Marie Picone, 26, of Leesburg, Va., was charged by Loudoun Sheriff Deputy J. Hernandez with DWI – 1st offense Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Provide a Breath Test and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a Personal Recognizance Bond. Picone will visit with a Loudoun District Court Judge on March 3, 2020.

VENENDER KUMAR BATHULA was arrested on Jan. 20, 2020 at 11:42 pm at 22600 Block Philomont Ridge Ct. Ashburn for Driving While Intoxicated: Deputies responded for reports of a suspected drunk driver. Deputies located the vehicle as it was pulling up to a residence. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Venender Kumar Bathula, 46, of Ashburn, Va., was charged by Loudoun Sheriff Deputy L. M. Goldberg with DWI 1ST offense Driving While Intoxicated and was being held at the Loudoun County Jail with a court appearance set for April 2, 2020.

BOZO CHARGED WITH ASSAULTING TWO DEPUTIES DURING DWI ARREST

GAGANDEEP SINGH was arrested on Jan. 19, 2020 at 2:54 am at Tall Cedars Pkwy. / Loudoun County Pkwy. Chantilly Driving While Intoxicated: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest. Once inside the Loudoun County Jail the driver assaulted two deputies. Gagandeep Singh, 24, of Manassas was charged by Loudoun Sheriff Deputy A. S. Eisenhart with Driving While Intoxicated and two counts of Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a $2,500 bond. Attorney Faraji Rosenthal is representing Singh in the felony assault charge with a hearing set for March 3, 2020.

CAMPOS G. MILAGRO DEL CARMON was arrested on Jan. 18, 2020 at 12:01 am at Route 50 / Riding Center Blvd. Chantilly Driving While Intoxicated/Unauthorized Use: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. During the investigation, it was determined that the driver did not have a driver’s license and was driving a friend’s vehicle without permission. Campos G. Milagro Del Carmon, 34, of Springfield was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving Without a License, and Unauthorized use of Vehicle and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a Personal Recognizance Bond.

DAVID S. RUSSELL was arrested on Jan. 14, 2020 at 1:43 am at Magnolia Rd. / W. Church Rd. Sterling Driving While Intoxicated: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. David S. Russell, 46, of Sterling was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and is being held at the Loudoun County Jail.

TREVOR JACOBS was arrested on Jan. 12, 2020 at 1:58 pm at Route 28 / Old Ox Rd. Sterling for Driving While Intoxicated: Deputies responded for reports of an unconscious male in the driver seat of a vehicle. The male was found to be under the influence of alcohol. An open alcoholic container was located in the vehicle. Trevor Jacobs, 27, of Holly Springs, Georgia was charged by Loudoun Deputy B. McGhee with Driving While Intoxicated (2nd Offense) and Drinking While Driving and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a $3,000 bond.

HEATH M. STANFORD was charged on Jan. 12, 2020 at 1:31 am at Route 7 / Belmont Ridge Rd. Ashburn, Va., with Driving While Intoxicated: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Heath M. Stanford, 41, of Leesburg was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and was later released from the Loudoun Jail on a Personal Recognizance Bond.

CAROL THOMSON RICHARDSON was charged on Jan. 11, 2020 at 10:59 pm at S. King St. / Evergreen Mills Rd. Leesburg with Driving While Intoxicated: Deputies responded for reports of a reckless driver that was swerving on the roadway. A deputy located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Carol Thomson Richardson, 57, of Leesburg was charged by Loudoun Sheriff Deputy B. M. Foster with DWI 1st offense Driving While Intoxicated and was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a Personal Recognizance Bond with a special appearance before a District Court Judge coming up on March 5, 2020.
