OSCAR H. RIVERA: Driving While Intoxicated: Deputies responded for a report of a reckless driver in the area of John Mosby Highway and Kikerran Drive in Aldie, Va. At 2:12 am on May 30, 2020. Upon locating the driver, the deputy initiated a traffic stop and found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Oscar H. Rivera, 28, of Manassas, Va., was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on a $1,500 bond.

WESLEY L. HALL – Driving Under the Influence: According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, on May 26, 2020, at 8:03 pm on John Mosby Highway at Zulia Road in Middleburg, Va., a deputy noticed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was found to be suspected to be under the influence of narcotics. Wesley L. Hall, 32, of Warrenton, was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where she was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (2nd offense) and Possession of Controlled Substance. Hall is being held pending review.

NILESH K. MISHRA – Loudoun County Sheriff reports that on May 27, 2020, at 1:08 am, Loudoun County Deputies responded for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies located a car running in the 42000 block of Ryan Road in Ashburn, Va., and a male seated in the driver’s seat. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Nilesh K. Mishra, 36, of Ashburn was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Mishra is currently being held pending review.

VICTOR J. ROJAS – Loudoun County Sheriff reports that a Loudoun Sheriff deputy conducting traffic enforcement observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on May 25, 2020, at 8:01 am on Sully Road in Sterling, Va. The deputy initiated a traffic stop, and when he approached the vehicle, he could smell the odor of marijuana—the driver, Victor J. Rojas, 29, of Sterling. Rojas was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence and was released on Personal Recognizance bond.

DWI Mama Marta Took Swing at Deputy

MARTA M. FLORIES – Driving While Intoxicated: Loudoun Sheriff Mike Chapman reports that while on patrol, a deputy located a vehicle being operated erratically on May 25, 2020, at 8:10 pm on Harry Byrd Highway at Belmont Ridge Road. The deputy initiated a traffic stop, and after conducting field sobriety tests, the driver became combative and disorderly. The driver was taken to a local area hospital where she became combative again. Marta M. Flores, 38, of Stephens City was charged with Simple Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer, Driving While Intoxicated, and Disorderly Conduct on Hospital Grounds. Flores was transported to the Loudoun County Jail where she was released on Personal Recognizance.

JULIO F. ARAGON – Driving While Intoxicated: Loudoun Sheriff Mike Chapman reports that deputies responded to a vehicle crash on May 14, 2020, at 9:24 am on Alderwood Terrace in Ashburn, Va.  The deputies found the driver of the striking vehicle to be under the influence of alcohol allegedly. Julio F. Aragon, 30, of Reston was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (2nd offense) and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Jail, where he is being held on No Bond.

GREGORY L. BAXTER – Driving While Intoxicated: Deputies initiated a traffic stop on a person involved in a suspected hit and run incident on Harmony Church Road at E. Colonial Highway in Hamilton, Va., on May 13, 2020, at 5:49 pm.  Deputies found the driver to be allegedly under the influence of alcohol. Gregory L. Baxter, 69, of Leesburg, Va., was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Loudoun County Jail where he was released on a $1,500 bond.

Boozing Bolton Flipped Out

JOHN DALE BOLTON JR. – Driving Under the Influence: Loudoun County Virginia Sheriff Mike Chapman reports that Deputies responded for a report of a single-vehicle collision on May 9, 2020, at 2:48 pm on Harry Byrd Highway at City Center Blvd., in Sterling, Va., involving an overturned vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the driver to be under the influence of alcohol allegedly. John D. Bolton Jr., 62, of Sterling, was transported to a local area hospital for treatment of his injuries and issued a summons for Driving While Intoxicated. Bolton was charged by Deputy T. Wilson with DWI first offense on May 14, 2020, and was released on a summons. Bolton is represented by attorney William Mann and has a trial date of July 16, 2020.

Four-Time DWI Driver Beat Feet After Wreck

JOSE D. MATA – Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman, reports that the driver of a vehicle allegedly walked away from a crash on May 10, 2020, at 11:51 am on Brixton Court in Sterling, Va., and fled to an apartment building. Deputies responded for a report of a vehicle collision and discovered that Jose D. Mata, 44, of Sterling, Va., the driver of the striking vehicle had vamoosed. Deputies were able to locate the driver and found him to be under the influence of alcohol. Jose D. Mata, 44, of Sterling, Va., was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (4th offense) and Driving on a Suspended License. Mata was transported to the Loudoun County Jail where he is being held without bond.

OTERO AVELAR – Driving While Intoxicated: Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman reports that Deputies responded to Lakeview Center Plaza in Ashburn, Va., on May 7, 2020, at 9:01 pm for a report of a male suspected to be driving under the influence. Deputies located the vehicle and driver in the parking lot. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Oscar J. Otero Avelar, 38, of Sterling, Va., was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (3rd offense). Otero Avelar was transported to the Loudoun County Jail, where he is being held pending a bail review. S
