Early breath test shows Steven Boyce had 0.27 blood alcohol content

WINCHESTER
– A Frederick County man accused in the death of four people he ran into while driving drunk Sunday allegedly had a blood alcohol content of more than three times the legal driving limit.
Steven A. Boyce, 20, of the 200 block of Hawks Trail, is charged with one count of involuntary manslaughter, DUI first offense and underage possession of alcohol.
According to police, Boyce was driving a 1985 Chevy S-10 truck north on Martinsburg Pike (U.S. 11) at 11 a.m. when he rear-ended a 1994 Jeep Cherokee that was stopped at a red light at the intersection with Interstate 81 northbound Exit 317 in Frederick County. ….MORE    READ THE COMMENTS IN THIS ARTICLE
