Rikki Dawn Reynolds faces DUI murder charges in Roanoke Va. after killing bicyclist.

ROANOKE POLICE INVESTIGATING DUI-RELATED CRASH FATALITY
ROANOKE, VA. — 2014-04-02 —The Roanoke Police Department reports that it is currently investigating a fatal crash that occurred in the 3000 block of Franklin Rd SW at 9:48 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2014.  A northbound bicyclist was struck and killed by a northbound vehicle.  The driver of the vehicle has been identified as Rikki Dawn Reynolds, 33, of Salem.  Reynolds was arrested a short distance from the scene and has been charged with DWI and DUI Manslaughter.  Alcohol appears to be the primary factor in the accident.
The bicyclist has been identified but the identity is being withheld pending notification of the extended family.
