Spotsylvania Sheriff Richard Harris reports recent DUI arrests:

On 9/7/15, Deputy C. Lee arrested Ambur Kennely, 25 of Spotsylvania, for DUI at Rt.1 and Southpoint Pkwy.

On 9/9/15, Deputy Trippett arrested Theodore Henry, 45 of Spotsylvania, for DUI resulting from an accident on Gordon Rd.

On 9/12/13, Deputy Griffith arrested Ilona Foster, 41 of Spotsylvania, for DUI, Refusal and Driving Suspended. Incident occurred in the Breckenridge Subdivision.

On 9/13/15, Deputy Hahn arrested Luis Perez Garcia, 46 of Alexandria, for DUI.

On 8/25/15, Deputy Pearce arrested Justin Gross, 25 of Locust Grove, for DUI after performing a traffic stop at Jones Lumber Yard for a defective headlight. Deputy Pearce also arrested Elliott Fox, 30 of Spotsylvania, for Possession of Heroin.

On 8/28/15, Deputy Owens arrested Daryl Byrd, 36 of Spotsylvania for DUI after responding to a reckless driver and a traffic stop performed by a State Trooper at Mills Drive and Old Dominion Parkway.

On 8/30/15, Deputy Plunkett arrested Sean Wilson, 28 of Spotsylvania, for DUI.

On 8/30/15, Deputy Arndt arrested Milton Ford, 78 of Spotsylvania for DUI and Hit and Run after responding to the area of 9900 block of Gordon Road for a traffic accident in which one of the subjects had fled the scene.
