WASHINGTON State Patrol charged Jesse Kwiatkowski with vehicular homicide in DUI crash that killed Conny Christin Brown

The Washington State Patrol reports that a crash of Jesse Robert Kwiatkowski, 25, of Elma, Washington, was fatal to his passenger on Oct. 20, 2019, at 9:02 pm. 

State Patrol Trooper Michael J. Osberg reported that the crash of the 2013 Ford F-250 took place when Kwiatkowski’s truck was northbound on Capitol Forest D Line Road a mile north of State Route 12 when he failed to make it around a curve and flew off the roadway, down a hillside and into a tree.

The impact killed his passenger, Conny Christin Brown, 24, of Oakville, Washington, who was pronounced dead at the scene. She was wearing her seatbelt, but he wasn’t, report police, who stated drugs or alcohol was involved. 

Kwiatkowski was booked into the Grays Harbor County Sheriff Jail on vehicular homicide charges and ordered held without bond after he was first taken to St. Peter’s Hospital for evaluation.
