WAYNESBORO, Va. (Nov. 13, 2012) – When Waynesboro officers went to question a suspected DUI driver Sunday afternoon, they didn’t just smell alcohol, they also smelled skunk.
According to Sgt. Brian Edwards with the Waynesboro Police Department, a witness driving along Interstate 64 saw a 1990 Chevrolet Lumina strike a guardrail but did not stop. The witness reported the driver continued driving erratically.
