WINFIELD, W.Va. — A Winfield woman has been indicted on charges of DUI causing death, after a Virginia woman was killed in a car-motorcycle wreck on U.S. 35 in May.
Sheila Marie Ray, 40, was arrested in June after being released from CAMC General Hospital. Police say Ray was speeding through Pliny when she hit and killed Pamela Bell, 53, of Salem, Va., who was on a motorcycle, according to a criminal complaint.
Ray also hit a tractor-trailer head on while driving her 2002 Chevrolet Trail Blazer, according to the complaint. …MORE
