WHEELING – Fire Department Chief Larry Helms and City Manager Robert Herron are expected to make a decision regarding the
employment status of city firefighter, Lt. Paul McIntire, who was charged with DUI after his car struck a pole on Sunday morning.
Ohio County Magistrate Patty Murphy on Sunday arraigned McIntire, 45, of Wheeling, on a single count of DUI. He was released from the Northern Regional Jail in Moundsville after posting $500 bond.
