Wisconsin: Emanuel Ocelot and Travis Simon both dead when Simon lost control as he tried to pass two vehicles

From the Rock County Sheriff’s Department:
On 08/19/2012 at 2:00am, Rock County Communications received a report of a vehicle rollover traffic accident in the 5200 block of W Mineral Point Rd in Janesville Township.
Deputies from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office along with Officers from the Janesville Police Department and Janesville EMS were dispatched at 2:04am to the scene.
Units arrived at 5209 W Mineral Point Rd, at 2:10am to find a black 1998 Audi A4 on the south side of the road approximately 30 feet from the roadway. The vehicle had severe damage and appeared to have overturned several times. Deputies found two victims on the ground, near the vehicle, that had been ejected. Personnel immediately started life saving measures but the driver and front seat passenger died from injuries sustained in the crash.
Initial investigation shows the Audi was traveling westbound on W Mineral Point Rd, when the driver, Travis Simon, 19, of Edgerton, attempted to pass two other vehicles. While trying to pass the vehicles, Simon lost control of the Audi and went into a skid. The vehicle entered the south ditch and began to roll. The vehicle overturned several times coming to rest on its wheels. Simon and the front seat passenger, Emanuel Ocelot, 18, of Janesville, were both ejected from the vehicle. Simon was pronounced dead at the scene by the Rock County Coroner’s Office and Ocelot was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Janesville, where he was pronounced dead by hospital staff.
