The Berlin Journal Newspaperswishes to clarify that while a jury has handed down its guilty verdict following the week-long trial of Berlin resident Max Winkel (pictured following the announcement of that verdict on Thursday, September 13), Waushara County Circuit Court Judge Guy Dutcher has not announced a sentence, pending scheduling of a sentencing hearing and completion of a pre-sentence investigation.
