Wisconsin: Timothy C. Christ faces felony homicide DUI charges for killing Christopher Croley

MARINETTE, Wis. – The criminal case against a man involved in a fatal drunk driving accident last month in Middle Inlet, Wis., is moving forward.
Timothy C. Christ, 28, of Wausaukee, Wis., waived his preliminary examination in Marinette County Court on Thursday.
Christ faces one felony count of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, one felony count of homicide by use of a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration, three felony counts of operating while intoxicated causing injury, and three felony counts of causing injury with a prohibited alcohol concentration.
The charges stem from an Oct. 5 incident in Middle Inlet.
According to Marinette County Sheriff Jerry Sauve, a GMC pickup truck operated by Christ pulled onto U.S. 141 and was traveling north when it struck a south bound Chevrolet Impala.
One of the passengers in the Impala, 13-year-old Christopher Croley of Ishpeming, was killed.
