WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – Marathon County prosecutors will try again to hold a preliminary hearing against a man accused of causing a woman’s death in a February crash.
21-year-old Tyler Deal of La Crosse is scheduled for a preliminary hearing this morning. He’s charged with homicide by drunken driving, homicide by negligent driving and two drug-related charges. That hearing had to be delayed in September after a witness in the case went missing.
