Casper police arrested a 50-year-old man Friday for what authorities say is his sixth driving under the influence charge within the past seven years.
Prosecutors on Monday charged Larry Wagner with felony DUI, a charge which carries a maximum possible penalty of two years behind bars.
The case began when police attempted to stop a silver Dodge Stratus about 12:45 p.m. Friday. The stop was initiated near the intersection of K and Jackson streets, though the Dodge traveled two blocks before stopping, according to an arrest affidavit. …..MORE
