Investigators believe that Jung and Sohn left a local Beverly Hills restaurant in separate cars just prior to the fatal collision. Jung and Sohn are believed to be the drivers of the two vehicles that ultimately struck and killed the victim. Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in the cause of the fatal collision. Additionally, Sohn is currently on probation with Orange County Superior Court due to prior convictions for driving under the influence.

Prudent was drinking prior to the accident, and three hours after, his blood alcohol level was .115, far beyond the .08 limit.

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. — A Shepherdstown man was sentenced to not less than two or more than 10 years in prison Friday in connection with a fatal drunken-driving crash on Nov. 1, 2014, in Jefferson County.

Muir, 26, of Media entered guilty pleas to two counts of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, two counts of aggravated assault while driving under the influence, three counts of recklessly endangering another person, and a separate count of DUI.
