Beavers, 36, of the 500 block of Cumberland Trail, was charged with two Class 2 felony counts of aggravated driving under the influence/fourth violation, and DUI with a blood alcohol content above .16, Class 4 counts of DUI on a suspended or revoked license and driving on a revoked or suspended license/third offense, as well as misdemeanor counts of DUI and driving on a revoked license.
