New York: Guilderland Police cite Gerard Richard for DWI with his baby on ATV on highway
On Friday, July 3rd, 2015 at 6:21 p.m., Officers from the Guilderland Police Department initiated a vehicle stop on a male subject who was operating an ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) on Morningside Drive, while his 16 month baby was sitting in front of his lap, between himself and the gas tank.
