Louisiana: State Police suspect DWI when Michael Hains launched his Caddie upside down in canal and died

Hains was unrestrained and received fatal injuries as a result of the crash. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by the East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner’s Office. Impairment is suspected to be a factor in the crash. A toxicology test will be conducted by the East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner’s Office.

Orcutt was properly restrained but received fatal injuries as a result of the crash. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Ascension Parish Coroner’s Office. Impairment is suspected to be a factor in the crash. A toxicology test will be conducted by the Ascension Parish Coroner’s Office.

Louisiana: State Police report Katy Robertson was DUI when she mowed down Charlotte Ross & Angel Gill who were walking in center of road in pitch dark

Charlotte Woods Ross and Angel Simmons Gill were both pronounced decease on scene by the Tangipahoa Parish Coroner’s Office. Troopers placed Katy Robertson under arrest for suspicion of DWI. She provided a voluntary breath sample which resulted in a BAC of .135g% alcohol. Katy Robertson was subsequently booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail for two counts of Vehicular Homicide.
