Williams was headed south on Route 5 and left the roadway just past Rice Rd. The Subaru rolled over and came to rest on its roof.

Officers suspected she was under the influence of alcohol and during processing she became ill and was transported to a hospital. Officers later obtained medical records via search warrant and the records indicated Condon had an elevated blood alcohol level.
