Illinois: Luis Jimenez charged with Aggravated DUI Death of his Sean Hurley in booze cruise
It is alleged that at approximately 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning, Jimenez left a friend’s house in Wheaton to go for a joy ride. It is further alleged that Jimenez was driving the vehicle at a high rate of speed eastbound at the northbound curve on Sheffield Street in Wheaton when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree.
