Thousand Oaks, CA ‘ The Thousand Oaks Police Department Traffic Unit conducted a DUI/Driver’s License checkpoint on December 19, 2015, on Westlake Boulevard north of Cascade Avenue between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., and Hillcrest Drive east of Lynn Road between the hours of 12:00 am to 3:00 am.
