New York: man found by police recieving oral sex cited for DWI by Lockport Police
According to the police report on the incident, the responding officer saw a 2005 Nissan Murano parked illegally on Jackson Street. The officer pulled behind the vehicle, and wrote a parking ticket. When the officer went to place the ticket on the car, he discovered Lebel in the driver’s seat of the vehicle receiving oral sex from a Lockport woman.
