An Erie County man was charged with driving while intoxicated after Lockport police discovered him reportedly receiving oral sex in an illegally parked car on Jackson Street early Thursday morning.
Shannon R. Lebel, 31, 74 Lafayette Blvd., Williamsville, was also charged with parking after 2 a.m.According to the police report on the incident, the responding officer saw a 2005 Nissan Murano parked illegally on Jackson Street. The officer pulled behind the vehicle, and wrote a parking ticket. When the officer went to place the ticket on the car, he discovered Lebel in the driver’s seat of the vehicle receiving oral sex from a Lockport woman. At that point, Lebel was asked to open his door for an interview. When he opened the door, he removed the keys from the ignition, police said.
