New York: tipsy GOP legislator tipped the booze scale; Rep. Jim Nabywaniec busted for DWI says “putting this behind me”
“On Thursday evening, I went out to dinner with my brother and his family who are visiting from out of town. While driving home, I was ticketed for DWI. As always I take full responsibility for my actions. I will work through the process and put this matter behind me.”
