Jefferson County Legislator Jim Nabywaniec, R-Calcium, was ticketed on a driving while intoxicated charge in the town of LeRay on Thursday evening.
Mr. Nabywaniec, 47, of 25183 Route 11, Calcium, was charged by state police at 11:03 p.m. Thursday on Route 11 in the town of LeRay with driving while intoxicated. His blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent, troopers said. ….MORE
