New Hampshire: Nashua Police charged Romivel Cruz with DUI death of motorcyclist

Based on these signs of impairment, Cruz was subsequently arrested and charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Class B Felony. A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment in state prison, exclusive of fines. Cruz is currently being held on $50,000 Cash or Surety bail at the Nashua Police Department

BEAR, DEL- Booze was the key ingredient in a pedestrian death on Rt. 40 in Delaware over the Labor Day holiday. Both the pedestrian and the driver who hit her were drinking and neither of them belonged on the highway.
