South Carolina: Justin Littlejohn back in the DUI saddle again; tried to leave deputy in his dust but busted again

KERSHAW COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTS:
At approximately 2:45am on October 28, 2016 a Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office deputy arrested Justin Matthew Littlejohn (26) who lives on Wildwood Lane in Elgin, SC and charged him with failure to stop for a blue light (2nd offense), assaulting a police officer while resisting arrest and receiving stolen goods after he lead the deputy on a high-speed pursuit and intentionally rammed the deputy’s patrol car.

Connecticut: State Police charged Erica Weinman with DUI manslaughter

On October 14, 2016, law enforcement officers in New Jersey took Weinman into custody as a Fugitive from Justice based on the strength of the Connecticut arrest warrant.

New York: State Police report DWI arrests for Oct. 17, 2016

While attempting to take Brown into custody, she physically resisted arrest. Once secured, it was learned that Ms. Brown initially provided a false name to the Troopers during the traffic stop. A DMV inquiry of her license revealed it to have 14 active suspensions.
