Louisiana: 5-time DWI offender Brandon Burton has bond set at $2,000
Burton was charged with 5th Offense DWI, Careless Operation, Open Container and Driving with a Suspended License. He was transported to EBR Parish Prison where he is currently being held in lieu of a $2,000 bond.

Delaware: State Police report DUI driver Husevin Oflu crashed into horse trailers and tried to hide beer cans
Troopers arrived shortly thereafter and took Huseyin Oflu into custody and transported him back to Troop 3 where a DUI investigation ensued. He was cited and later released after being charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Failure to Remain Within a Single Lane, Failure to Have Insurance in Possession, and Littering.
