New Jersey: Hanover Township Police report DWI arrest for Peter Recchia while on hell-ride

Peter Recchia had been observed speeding on Whippany Rd. 70 MPH in a 40 MPH zone. Recchia was eventually stopped on Appleton Way and after a short conversation he was arrested for DWI

Maryland: Heroin packing bozo Antonio Hayward DWI in crash into Worcester Sheriff’s cruiser

Subsequently, a D.R.E unit(Drug Recognition Expert) was contacted and Mr. Hayward submitted to preliminary drug testing. Hayward was transported to the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and charged. Hayward was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana and eight traffic citations. Hayward was then taken to the District Court Commissioner where he was released on his personal recognizance pending a trial date. The patrol vehicle suffered front end damage and will need repairs.

Louisiana: State Police suspect DWI when Michael Hains launched his Caddie upside down in canal and died

Hains was unrestrained and received fatal injuries as a result of the crash. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by the East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner’s Office. Impairment is suspected to be a factor in the crash. A toxicology test will be conducted by the East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner’s Office.

Louisiana: State Police report Katy Robertson was DUI when she mowed down Charlotte Ross & Angel Gill who were walking in center of road in pitch dark

Charlotte Woods Ross and Angel Simmons Gill were both pronounced decease on scene by the Tangipahoa Parish Coroner’s Office. Troopers placed Katy Robertson under arrest for suspicion of DWI. She provided a voluntary breath sample which resulted in a BAC of .135g% alcohol. Katy Robertson was subsequently booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail for two counts of Vehicular Homicide.

California: Pacifica Police charged Ana Reepen with DUI homicide after hitting vehicle head-on

Preliminary investigation has indicated that the suspect in this case, Ana Reepen, a 41 year old Daly City resident, was driving southbound in the northbound lanes of Highway 1 when the collision occurred. Reepen was arrested on suspicion of felony driving under the influence causing death, and vehicular manslaughter.
