Pennsylvania: State Police ready to charge Joshua K. Miller with DUI in fatal crash; killed passenger Brandon D. Faust
Joshua K. Miller, 26, of Grantville, was driving a 2006 Hyundai Sonata when he crossed the center line and struck a 2010 Mercedes-Benz S550 at 1:16 a.m. Sunday. Miller is expected to be charged with DUI and other related offenses, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
