Kentucky: Melissa Warren behind bars for killing Ryan Baker in DUI booze cruise in Stinking CreekPolice said Warren was driving westbound when she failed to negotiate a curve. They said her 2000 Chevrolet pickup crossed into the eastbound lane and hit a guardrail.

Marlene Chaffin of Nicholasville, was ejected from the vehicle during the wreck, and the vehicle then rolled on top of her. Chaffin was airlifted to a hospital but was later pronounced dead.
