Todd Zalkan, was taken into custody without incident. He was arrested for driving under the influence, felony reckless evading and driving with a suspended license.
Maryland: Prince George’s Police Officer Chris Brown Busted for Wrecking Cruiser – his 2nd DUI
In 2012, the same officer was involved in another crash in his cruiser while under the influence in Oxon Hill. Prince George’s County Police arrested the officer following that crash. He pleaded guilty to those charges. He was also disciplined administratively.
