Maryland: State Police report DUI arrests for May 2015; 514 potential killers snatched off roads

Nims advised she would submit to a field sobriety test then became upset and started to walk away, falling into the rear of her vehicle. While being placed under arrest she kicked at the officers, striking Holt in the leg. She was arrested and placed into the patrol vehicle, at which time she began to yell and scream profanities.

Two vehicle passengers were declared deceased at the scene. Two additional vehicle occupants, to include the driver, were transported to a local hospital, both with serious injuries.
Preliminary investigation indicates that the occupants of the vehicle had attended an underage drinking party in area.

Worsham was administered a field sobriety test which he failed. He was also administered a drug influence evaluation and determined to be impaired and under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. Worsham was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; a straw, negligent driving, driving on a suspended license, and driving under the influence of CDS.
